Kalypso Expands Life Sciences Practice with New Senior Manager, Cathi Crist

BEACHWOOD, OH – Kalypso, the world's premier innovation consulting firm, announced today that Cathi Crist has joined the firm as a senior manager to help lead the growth of its Life Sciences practice and team.

The people of Kalypso are leading business professionals who combine a depth of experience in select industries with unparalleled expertise in product and process innovation. Cathi brings over 20 years of experience in engineering, product development, operations management and consulting to Kalypso's clients. Her experience spans multiple industries with an emphasis in life sciences in both corporate and start-up environments.

Prior to joining Kalypso, Cathi was the executive director of device development and supply chain for Medicines360, a pharmaceutical company developing a combination drug product and was the vice president of supply chain for Ventus Medical.  As a consultant, Cathi spent eight years as a senior manager at Deloitte working with Fortune 500 companies to implement product development, operations improvement and cost reduction strategies. As an engineer, Cathi filled a number of key engineering and management roles for device divisions of Eli Lily.

Cathi has a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Kettering University.

When Cathi is not enjoying the city life of San Francisco, where she is based, she enjoys the outdoors and mountain life in Lake Tahoe as an avid hiker, biker and downhill skier.
