Noel, a Partner with Kalypso, brings over 22 years of consulting and industry experience to our clients. Noel also leads the firm's Development and New Product Introduction Practice.

He serves clients in high technology industries, including medical device, computer and peripherals, telecommunications, consumer electronics, software, and data storage.

Education and Experience

Prior to joining Kalypso, Noel held product line and business unit general management positions with several leading technology-based companies, including Motorola, Honeywell, and Kyocera Wireless, where he championed successful new product and market growth initiatives. Noel has led a broad range of projects in the areas of innovation management, portfolio planning and rationalization, product development, and new product introduction. He has designed and implemented portfolio planning systems, established technology and product strategy processes, facilitated voice-of-customer and ideation workshops, implemented phase gate governance and decision-making procedures, led collaborative development initiatives, and conducted company-wide management training sessions. Noel has also led several high profile product development programs that have received national recognition, including the USA Today/Rochester Institute of Technology's Quality Cup, PC Magazine's Editors Choice, PR Magazine's "Best High Tech Consumer Launch", and CNET's "Best of CES" awards. Noel is a graduate of the University of Arizona, with a BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He earned an MBA degree with a concentration in innovation and technology management from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

Noel resides in San Diego where he spends his free time enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
