Ken brings over 20 years of consulting and industry experience to Kalypso's clients. As the Leadership and Learning Practice Lead, Ken focuses on serving clients in the High Technology industry in the areas of innovation strategy, process, technology and people.

Education and Experience

Prior to joining Kalypso, Ken spent several years with Korn/Ferry International as an Executive Search & Development Consultant and over 17 years with Deloitte Consulting as a leader in their Strategy and Operations practice. As a Principal at Deloitte, Ken founded their successful High Technology practice and led their West Region Product Innovation and Lifecycle Management practice. Ken started his career as an Electrical Design Engineer with Texas Instruments. Ken has extensive experience advising global businesses in highly competitive marketplaces, strengthening organizational, process and technology capabilities and building and leading high performance teams in the fulfillment of innovation. He has delivered outstanding results across a wide range of high technology sectors including Computer, Software, Semiconductor, RFID, Medical Devices, and Consumer Electronics. Ken holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Outside the Office

Ken is the proud father of his eighteen month old son, Devan. He and his wife, Sonia are passionate about creating a world of opportunities for Devan to explore and have fun. Ken is an avid Boston Red Sox fan and loves travelling (for fun!).
