Education and Experience

Prior to joining Kalypso, Horst spent 7 years at Agile and Oracle leading consulting practices and engagement teams while specializing in business process design and solution architecture for the implementation of Oracle Agile PLM solutions. He also served as Vice President of the High Tech Industry Business Unit at SAP with responsibility for business development, global field services, and solution management for SAP's High Tech industry solution. Prior to his career in the software industry, Horst spent 10 years with A. T. Kearney Management Consultants in Duesseldorf, Frankfurt, Detroit and San Francisco as a Principal in their Global Automotive, High Tech and Industrial Manufacturing practices.

He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany.
