Education and Experience
Cynthia is an executive team effectiveness and culture transformation expert focused on creating operational improvements to achieve strategic success. Specifically, she prepares executives and employees to adopt and drive process and technology changes such as PLM and new product development (NPD).
Cynthia began her career as an automotive and software engineer. She gained both strategic and operational expertise as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting, a leader at Visa USA/Inovant, and a consulting firm president and founder.
Cynthia holds a BS Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Design from Michigan State University. Additionally, she is a certified Executive Coach through International Coaches Federation, Leadership Development expert through Coaches Training Institute, certified Process Re-engineer through Hammer and Company and certified Program Manager through ESI/George Washington University.

Cynthia’s practice area at Kalypso is executive team alignment, leadership development and change management centered around PLM and NPD initiatives. She coaches clients in the consumer goods, finance and technology industries in executive team alignment, leadership development and change management to help them achieve their strategic business and innovation objectives.
Outside the Office
Cynthia is involved in women’s leadership development initiatives including coaching women executives for Board of Director roles. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, entertaining, travel, cultural studies, hiking, snorkeling and scuba diving.
