Andrew brings over 30 years of consulting and industry experience to Kalypso’s clients.
He specializes in innovation strategy, portfolio management and optimization, process improvement, and the application of technology in the services industry sector, including healthcare, energy and utilities.

Education and Experience
Prior to joining Kalypso, Andrew spent several years with a major Blues plan as product program director where he drove product development process improvement across all lines of business. As a principal with NTA Partners, Andrew served a diverse range of clients in the healthcare, education, life sciences, media and entertainment, and food and beverage industries, focusing on strategic change and portfolio management. As a senior manager with Deloitte Consulting, Andrew led the e-Business Practice for energy services and was a key contributor to the Reengineering, Supply Chain Management and ERP practices. Andrew began his career as a Voice Communications Intercept Supervisor with Military Intelligence.
Andrew is a certified Master Trainer and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, a Bachelors of Arts in Russian Language and Literature from the State University of New York at Albany, and completed the Russian Language program at the Defense Language Institute, Foreign Language Center in Monterey, California.

Andrew has extensive experience working with services-based businesses to drive change at the executive and operational levels, instituting program and portfolio management systems, and re-architecting organizational decision making systems. He is focused on growing Kalypso’s services industry client base, working with organizations on innovation, portfolio and process management, and the application of technology to meet the developing competitive rigors of this market sector.
Outside the Office
Andrew is the proud father of teenage daughters Camille and Margaret, and a loving husband of almost 30 years to his wife Petra. He and his family live and play in the San Francisco Bay area. In his spare time Andrew plays classical violin, enjoys woodworking, organic gardening and brewing kombucha.
