As a Business Analyst in our Strategy & Operations service area, you will work to help our clients in their efforts to solve challenging issues. This fast-paced atmosphere, coupled with a rotational program that typically involves at least four unique project experiences during your first two years, provides unparalleled exposure to unique opportunities. The learning curve can be quite steep at times, but the Business Analyst program will help you develop a broad set of skills to help discover and excel in whichever areas might interest you.

We are seeking exceptional candidates who are seniors at a select number of colleges and universities. Candidates from all academic majors are encouraged to apply.

Skill Requirements

To qualify for our Business Analyst program, you should possess the following:

• Undergraduate degree (preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
• Strong academic performance: 3.5 cumulative GPA (minimum) strongly preferred
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities 
• Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility 
• An intent to pursue an MBA degree
• Willingness to travel (required) up to 75%

Experience Requirements

• Undergraduate degree (preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering) or seniors in pursuit of their undergraduate degree
